Office Manager
Karen is the office manager for Family Roots Therapy and is typically the first point of contact for all new clients. They strive to deliver prompt and compassionate service to all and are responsible for answering new client inquiries along with matching you with the best provider. They also handle insurance verification, helping new clients navigate the registration process, weekly billing and payroll, and finding outside referral services. In addition to supporting clients, Karen also helps keep the providers up to date with professional credentials and stay organized in their day-to-day administrative duties. They love being a part of the Family Roots team and is excited to be the first step on your path to healing.
In their free time, Karen is an accomplished musician and seamstress. They love to be surrounded by animals, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and takes cooking for loved ones very seriously.
