Karen started with Family Roots as an administrative assistant in 2021 and through the natural growth of the company became the office manager in 2022.
They pride themselves as a dedicated and supportive team lead as they assist the entire company with HR and personnel management, streamlining office operations, enhancing productivity and optimizing administrative processes.
In their free time, Karen is an accomplished musician and seamstress. They love to be surrounded by animals, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and takes cooking for loved ones very seriously.
