Natasha values the therapeutic relationship and naturally creates a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment with all of her clients. She takes a collaborative stance, allowing clients to create their own goals and feel as though they are in control of their own therapeutic journey. She recognizes that no two people are the same, and although individuals may be seeking help for similar issues, therapy is a very individualized process. Over time Natasha has come to develop a wide set of skills in order to provide the utmost level of care, such as systemic thinking, cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic approach, and much more! She genuinely cares about her client’s needs and hopes to help clients create a change within their current context.

Natasha is a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She has worked with various populations such as couples, families, adolescents, adults, and children, helping clients with relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma, gender, and sexual identity, parent coaching and more.

Natasha believes that each person has the ability to create the change they are searching for, emphasizing that by coming to therapy they are already taking that initial step towards self-actualization! Therapy is all about finding alternative patterns and new ways of thinking in order to reach one’s goals and maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle that suits them. Natasha is passionate about helping clients overcome their struggles and looks forward to doing the work as a team!
