Family Roots Therapy is a counseling practice in Portland, Oregon focused specifically on the unique mental health needs of new parents and young children. We understand that early childhood and the adjustment to parenthood are critically important times in everyone’s life. We know that the mental health of parents and their young children are uniquely connected and must be treated with great knowledge and care.

Out-of-Pocket Cost: $125 per session (50-55 minutes, pre-licensed associate) or $150 per session (50-55 minutes, licensed therapist)

We are in network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, MODA, OHP Open Card, CareOregon (OHP), Pacific Source (commercial and Medicaid plans), Providence, and Trillium OHP. 

Good Faith Estimates are available upon request or after scheduling a first appointment for any clients who are not using insurance benefits.

We provide estimates of coverage and out-of-pocket costs, but please contact your insurance company to confirm your coverage for a specific provider or specific therapy services. Some insurance companies may not cover family therapy.
