Family Roots Therapy is a counseling practice in Portland, Oregon focused specifically on the unique mental health needs of new parents and young children. We understand that early childhood and the adjustment to parenthood are critically important times in everyone’s life. We know that the mental health of parents and their young children are uniquely connected and must be treated with great knowledge and care.

Out-of-Pocket Cost: $150 per session (50-55 minutes)

We are in network with Regence BCBS, Pacific Source, and Cigna insurance. We also now accept Moda, OHP Open Card, and Trillium OHP.

Good Faith Estimates are available upon request or after scheduling a first appointment for any clients who are not using insurance benefits.
